 Most of our products are produced with cultivated rock samphire, which is identical to foraged rock samphire, with a selection for more consistent taste and characteristics. 

 

We cultivate our rock samphire along the shores of the Ionian Sea, applying environmentally responsible methods. We don't use pesticides and promote soil and water conservation.
 

Our current range of products is presented below, but we are always open to developing any new rock samphire products our customers may require.

 

Fresh Rock Samphire

  • In season from April to December

  • Product under conversion to organic farming (certified organic fresh rock samphire also available but in smaller quantities)

  • Shelf life of 12-15 days at 4-8°C

 

Rock Samphire in Brine (Retail)

  • Blanched rock samphire in brine, ready to use in salads and other recipes

  • Product under conversion to organic farming (may be labeled as such within the EU)

  • Available in two packages: a plastic 400g tray (90g drained weight) enclosed in a plastic-coated paper cover and a 380g jar (90g drained weight)

  • Shelf life of up to 2 years

Rock Samphire in Brine (Wholesale)

  • Blanched rock samphire in brine, ready for restaurant use in salads and other recipes

  • Product under conversion to organic farming (may be labeled as such within the EU)

  • Available in two packages: a wholesale 2.3 kg pouch (800g drained weight) and a 1.7 kg jar (453.6 g drained weight)

  • Shelf life of up to 2 years
