A summer snack to accompany raki by the sea. It may be enjoyed as a salad or appetizer.
- 100g rock samphire in light brine
- 1⁄2 lemon
- 1⁄2 garlic clove
- 10ml extra virgin olive oil
Lightly sauté the rock samphire in oil and add the lemon. Turn off the heat, add the garlic and stir.
